Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, contact support@dokame.com.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Dokamé is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package has not arrived within 14 days of shipment confirmation, please contact us.

Dokamé is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist in filing a carrier inquiry when possible.
