Because our products are personal-use bath items, we do not require physical returns.

If you are unhappy with your purchase:

  2. Include your order number

  3. Briefly explain the issue

  4. Provide a clear photo of the product

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A full refund

  • A partial refund

  • A replacement product

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Non-Refundable Situations
